Cursor jump

I did a post earlier in the month but had no responses.  I don't have the major problems anymore with FX cursors floating all over by themselves, however I do have problems with many cursors being very jumpy, sometimes making it very hard to click on some smaller items.  If I change over to Windows cursor the problem stops.  Does anyone have an idea about what might cause this behavior?
