I was wondering if anyone still looks at this thread over on the Support board.

I'm having real trouble adding characters to my profile. Getting "invalid characters" error over and over. Appreciate any help, thx.

Still getting "invalid characters" and where do I look to get my Serial #. I bought a CD at Best Buy, didn't download the game.
