Problem with Gal-Civ main menu?

On Gal-Civ main menu, the sixth bar down (the one above EXIT) is blank. Is there supposed to be something there? The manual perhaps, I have downloaded the core game, multimedia portion, bonus pack, and the manual, but how do I actually view the manual???

I wondered about this at first, too ;)
Try hitting the menu button from in-game, and then the main menu button. You will then see a 'Continue Game' where the empty button was.

Oh, and to read the manual, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader (freeware). You can get it at www.adobe.com
