Late Game Tactic - Culture terror stars

Not sure if anybody has tried this, Just finished my first game. I was going for a tech victory just to see what all the techs look like and found that if I beef up a terror star with a a bit of Def and all of the culture mods I could just move it around sectors one at a time and get them to culture flip to my side with no battle one at a time.

Party Palace Terror Stars are well known. If you look at my metaverse record, the huge galaxy/pure evil/tech win actually saw two of them flying about.

Hunterose: Cool. :) I picked up the reprints of the Christine Spar Grendel stories a couple of years ago. Haven't seen any Hunter Rose reprints. :-/ It's all reprise, but since I don't have the originals, it's nice to have the option to buy them again.
