Another enchacement request

If would be nice in the trading screen to be able to click on the techs available for trade and get their screen. A lot of times I can't remember what they do or what benefits they provide. So if the Yor offer me Turbo Phasers in return for Deflectors it would be nice to know if he is playing me for the fool.

Well, you should be able to see items that you already have, but if they are offering a tech that you haven't researched, then you shouldn't know the details until you get it.

Morpork: nah, if they're trying to sell me something, they should be willing to tell me what I'm buying. I'm not going to pay good money for a tech on their "word" that I'll find it useful.

In other words, I agree. We should be able to click on a tech for trade and see details about it, regardless of who's offering it to who.

I recall a thread a while back proposing that JavaScout's GCDatabase be incorporated into the game somehow. I'd love to see a gal'civilopedia' incorporated in the game. This would be awesome.

I'm generally an advocate of linking everything to everything as much as possible, so that there's almost no screen I can't get information from. I realize that kind of thing is probably a spaghetti-like mess to code and link up, but it's infinitely useful once it's done.

On this note it would be nice if in the relations screen you could just double click on the race's box to talk to them rather than needing to highlight and then go click talk to. But that may be just me- fast-talking cheese-stalker.
