Game crashes sometimes when using Terror Stars

So the 1.2 version seem to crash sometimes with Terror Star after blowing up a star.. Mostly when the star is yellow.
Altough crash happens after the explosion sound is played, so this might also be sound related..
Anyone else has a similar bug ?

Yes, I always save game before terror star strike to be safe.

I had the same problem with 1.20 and used the fixes in this thread to correct:
