Can't download TA

need help

from GalCiv2 Forums
i just ordered the digital download of TA and when i try to download it, it says:

is this because i bought TA with a different email than the one i used for DA?
if so, is there anything that can be done to fix this??

I have the EXACT same problem. Tried ticking and unticking the pre-release box but to no avail.Says the "download isn't available".....

One thing.. your email says 'bla', which is obviously not your email. Therefore, TA won't automatically be registered to you.

Database down that powers the forums is the news... doesn't say anything about SDC... GC2 + DA download and install perfectly...
it's just TA that doesn't download.
I'm hoping it'll be fixed tomorrow ;)

it only says bla in this post, the actual thing includes the email and full name. it's for security reasons that i don't give out my email and name (together)

it's not stupid when you're in the middle of trying to switch your mod from a DA one to a TA one.
