Issues with latest Cursor FX update

I installed the update for cursor fx that came out yesterday 2/8 & am now having problems. When I utilize my Icon Packager my cursor resets to default. I then have to open Cursor FX and reset my custom cursor. Anyone else having this issue?

Yeah I have a similar one, cursor fx works fine until I load a new cursor created and saved with it, then everything goes to hell, and all the restarts are a little boring.I've been uninstalling reinstalling but the problem isn't going away.Having said all that,I'm sure the bugs will get fixed, it's a pretty cool package when it starts working. :d

Yea, it absolutley is & I cannot imagine being without it. No doubt it will all come out in the wash. Stardock has been very helpful to me in getting bugs resolved with the app. We finally got it working perfect 'till Fridays update came out. I'll contact them on Monday...get a response on Tuesday & I'm confident it will get fixed. I was just hoping someone had an answer this weekend to fix the problem. I will be glad to pass on any info I receive if anyone is interested.

Strangest thing I have ever seen. You change your icons with IP and your cursor changes back to Windows default.

Yea, I wanted to see how the new icons called Artifice worked on Vista.(they don't (:( ). I feel bad for the guys working on CFX. They try to fix one thing and another problem pops up, must be frustrating. I know they'll fix it, they always do.

Well, I just had to try it. Same problem as the rest of you. Using Vista Ultimate and CursorFX Plus.

Sorry that everyone is having this problem, but I feel better because I thought it was something I had screwed up. Oh well, they'll get it fixed eventually, seems they always do.

I just did a Beta test for Stardock. Give them some time to get everything together. ;)

Rem, what build are you at?

Strange, this bug is gone since the latest build of CFX+. All works fine for me with CFX+ 2.00.008 and IconPackager (latest build).

The problem was resolved for me by the most recent Cursor FX update I received thru Stardock Central/Object Desktop! It all runs like a top for now! :)

No problem here. I have CursorFx Plus and it runs great. No conflicts with Icon Packager either. Running Windows XP Home with SP 2. :)

@Rem Colbourne: Uninstall CFX, reboot, cleanup profil, install CFX and reboot. Voila! :)
