Twilight of the Arnor release date?

I guess people at Stardock is pretty busy with another excellent release such as Sins of a Solar Empire turned out to be...

But how about the ultimate GalCiv2 expansion? Last I heard it was to be released at the beginning of this year...

I actually have the beta, so I have things covered. But it would be nice to get my hands on the real deal, wouldn't it?
