Hey to all, i have Galactic civ Gold, it regesters dark avatar but not original game, why? i had it installed before, but since deleted it, now i cant regester, i remmember vere was an issue with gold, but dont remmember what, plz someone help...

At least you spelled 'help' correctly.

The serial numbers are linked to an e-mail address. If you changed it since you last registered, it would cause a problem.

Since you do not give any details - as in error messages when you try to register - the help can only be limited in scope.

its regesterd now, but i cant activate... the key doesnt fit into activation screen, and i tried with dashes and without, doesnt work ither way :(

Click lookup serial numbers in Stardock Central and it will email you your serial numbers. Then you can copy and paste the serial number from the email.

In Gold, the serial number for the game and the expansion are the same.
