Hi GalCivII Devs!
I love your game, and I have bought, or pre-ordered all parts of GalCivII. And I would do it again!

Here is my idea:

explain the industry and research values on mouseover!

You have done that for influence and morale already. Why not go all the way and do the same for research and (the) production(s)?

It seems to me that should be simple to do, and it goes a long way towards making things more transparent, i.e. easier to manage.
