The lonely trailing decimal.

In the trade screen, once you click on the AI "100bc" lines to bring the pop-up of their offer for whatever is in focus - there is an amount which represents their maximum value.
But, in that particular case, the last digit doesn't show!

Making it seem like a deal isn't good at first glance. After clicking on the right arrow, i realized (a few weeks back) that the actual figure was in fact always multiplied by 10 indirectly (with the last number being invisible or underneath). Thus, a valid offer of say; 565 is only shown as 56!! Only when you click the raised arrow would that amount become 566 -- BUT fall into unacceptable limit by a single digit and as a result, re-lined box text.

Is this only occuring on my PC or has anyone ever noticed this 'glitch' also?

It happens all the time. IIRC it's been added to Stardock's master pile of things to look into for version 2.0

For now, be aware of it and make sure you don't screw yourself. The correct amount will show up in the bottom windows of the trade screen, or just click the up/down button to show the entire amount.

So, that essssplains it. Details such as these should get attention later by SD coders. In the meantime, it only felt like a very small 'bug' to fix while i was simply curious to see if anyone found it as annoying as i "experienced" it.

Yes, the same thing happened to me in one of my earliest games. My treasury dropped from a decent amount to less than 1,000 in one turn. I thought maybe the game had penalized me for something. A few games later, after I notice the dropped digit, I realized that what probably happened was that I paid 10 times as much as I intended to for a tech that I bought.
