Flashing Resources

Well I am enjoying the new beta, but then something caught my eye. My Colony Ship was flying by two rare resources. Now they where flashing... The Icon is missing but the flash is still there um... so is this like new visual or work in progress, or you need a tech or something else? Just curious.

Those may be the transcendent victory resources.

when I select them they are influence and econ. My colony ship was just flying by and they where just flashing beside each other. I think now that they are doing a graphic update probably. But then again I still need to throw a constructor on it. I was playing around in the map editor and then Eve yesterday...

Actually I noticed the way resources had changed too, rather liked it though it did make them hard to see. Didn't consider if it was a bug.

It looks like the model for the actual resource is gone, but the bloom effect behind it is still there. So what you get is a colored corona effect that would normally be visiable behind the resource, but the slowly rotating model is not present. This is also visable during the close up shots when you look at the details of the starbase.
