May or may not be a bug

but it seems a bit curious.

I just finished a game as The Korx with a quick culture victory.

Every choice I made was neutral except for one good choice. Nevertheless, at the end I was rated evil for the game. Not that I care but I was wondering if you are stuck with then default race ethic if Xeno Ethics is not researched before the game ends.

I don't recall seeing this before but usually I tend to lean evil

The game seems to be weighted in a way that takes a LOT of effort to move off the evil side of the scale, and the Korx start out at pure evil -- rating "1" like the Korath and Drengin. Even if you make some neutral ethical choices, you'll probably still be rated evil at the end, unless you pay the cash to buy your way into neutral Xeno Ethics.

From what I've observed (and it has not been careful observation let alone anything remotely scientific), Neutral choices move one little if at all. Thus, multiple Neutral choices are not likely to move one from the depth of Evil at which the Korx typically start (without modification). Moreover, Evil choices tend to move one down the Ethical line at a greater rate than Good choices.
