Twillight of the Arnor Beta 4c delayed

Twillight of the Arnor Beta 4c delayed

I'm sorry to report that Beta 4C is going to be delayed until tomorrow.  We thought that we had everything ready to go and then at the last minute we discovered a problem with the map editor.

So we'll try to get it out as soon as possible tomorrow.

"We're in Plymouth, MI."

so it's a Class 6 planet then? :CONGRAT:

Plymouth, MI. is classified as an ice planet, devoid of any other activity besides the maniacal mechanizations of the Stardock crew, bent on complete domination of the galaxy.

Dagnabit . . . why not just delay the map editor, as many won't care about it anyway?

You know what, we can't make all of you happy.  We're not out to deliberately upset anyone so you have two choices: (1) be unhappy (2) deal with it.  Your call.

You guys realise that I only have 30 vacation days a year, right?

Man, I wish I had 30 days. :) Not that I'd take them, because I'm a workaholic...

Well, if you hadn't broken the cloning machine you wouldn't have this problem.

Yeah, seriously.  We had zero snow yesterday and we all get up this morning to a whole heck of a lot.  Snow-day school cancelations all around.  ..and there was much rejoicing.

As for the Stardock crew, we proudly brave the weather to make it to our awesome jobs. :D

Oh I was useing the US-2 server. (puts shoe on head)

(it won't let me edit the last post -> no permission?)
Yes. It is. Restart Stardock. If that fails, try refreshing the xml. If that fails, try switching servers.

Read the times - there was about two minutes between the posts. Literally, when I wrote the post, your post that the beta wasn't up was the last post. I only saw the second post after mine was posted.

So, chill a bit.

I've never been to Michigan, but I lived in Rochester, NY for five wonderful years, and appreciate what you folks have to deal with in the winter months. And since I'm also a software developer myself, I appreciate what you folks have to deal with if you do happen to make it into work.

Keep up the great work, but remember to enjoy the snow flakes every now and then.

Guess I should have put a smiley face, I thought using the word "dagnabit" was enough of a tongue-in-cheek indicator. I'm a crochety old fart, but not quite old enough to use that word when I'm really upset :)
