What is the update schedule going to be untill march release?

so I check Stardock every day to see if the Beta is updated.

Could you give us A schedule of when and what content is included in each planned update?

I think we'd all appriciate an updated schedule.

I understand the Beta has been extended to give you extra time to work on AI, etc. Just be nice to have a schedule of when it would be worth checking.

No updated schedule has been posted, but when there are updates they generally go up on Thursday or Friday evenings EST. So you can at least save yourself from checking *every* day. :)

Awww, it's Monday today, isn't it? (:( I'm so waiting for the next beta. The next beta is the one I'll most likely consider "done", buy the game and start playing. Seems like everything here onward is just spit, polish and chisel. :d

It wouldn't hurt you to pre-order it now and save yourself some $$ on the reduced price if there still is one. If you know you are going to get it and you can play it the same day you buy it (albeit the beta) I don't see the reason not to.

I agree with Loupdinour about buying it. I bought it immediately and downloaded the it. I have been playing it and I do check from time to time for updates. But the best support for Stardock would be to preorder.

Has anyone been playing the Beta with tech trading switched off? Does it make for a good game?

I only ask because I like no tech trading sandbox games but even though I have pre-ordered TOA I haven't yet let myself play the Beta (I didn't want to spoil the experience for myself) but I am itching to give it a try.

Well, I could. I know I could. But then I'd play TA instead of DA. Which would just give the wrong impression, but I wouldn't be able to stop myself. So it's a kinda self-imposed limit to "save" myself from the true grandness of TA. :D

I'll just save myself until the next update. The "preview" as it were, coming this month (I hope). Then I'll consider TA "done" and everything else is just very, very, very, very good patching. ^^
