Freighter during war bug

Drath freighter still shuttling to my planet during warr

Hello everyone,

I`ve noticed bug (well, I get it as bug). I`m in war with Drath empire. I`ve conquered their colony "Hector I" recently and something strange has hapened. Their freighter is still shuttling between planet "Hector I" and some other. I suppose the freighter should disappear. I`ve sent savegame including the error to [email protected]. Was it really bug or did i miss something?

Trade routes should be terminated if you're at war with the other race involved. If you sent in a report to gc2bugs then this should be on the list already to look at when possible, thanks.

I didn't understand it as that. He's just saying there's still a trade route between his and "some other", implying that it's not one of his planets. So a Drath trade route still exists between the former-Drath Planet (now conquered by Oniko) and some other civilization.

If the Drath have a trade route and neither planet belongs to them, then it's still a bug either way :p

yup. Hector I was original Drath planet, that i conquered. so the other planet (i don`t know who it belongs to) definitely doesn`t belong to Drath either or it`s also bug because:

1) Freighter`s shuttling between Planet X which belongs to Race X (not Drath) and Hector I (former owner was Drath, now it`s mine)

2) Freighter`s shuttling between Planet X which belongs to Drath also and Hector I (former owner was Drath, now it`s mine) :)

Hello there,

i`ve got some news about this issue. last night the bug has reoccured in my game, but the important thing (at least i think so:)) is i found the cause of this bug. Let`s look at the events in chronological sequence:

some intro: I`m in war with Torians for some time. I`m interested in their "planet A" (can`t remember exact name)

1) Torians has build freighter and it`s left the planet A. Now, it`s on its way to another planet (let`s call it "planet B").

2) Few turns later, I`ve conquered the "planet A" (take a notice, that the Torian freighter`s still on route to "planet B" and the trade route`s not established at the moment)

3) Some turns later. freighter has finaly reached the desired "planet B".

4) And voila! the faulty trade route between my planet A and other planet X has been established

PS: I can send you my save game with second occurence of the bug later, if it`s important. it`s same game, only 20 turns or more later
