The Bringers of Light 0.3.4 for DA has just been released as 1/10/08 it has also been over here in the library but you can always download the latest version Here atMy Site
It includes new:
Races
Techs
Weapons (only 2 so far)
Planetary Improvements
Trade Goods
Invasion Tactics and more
Future Releases may include new:
Models (that's right i haven't quite figured those out yet and any help would be appreciated)
A COMPLETELY NEW CAMPAIGN!!! (having trouble with GalCiv2IDE but will hopefully finish eventually)
And of course even more of the planetary improvements races and other stuff
