Questions about anomalies in DA

I tried destroying an anomaly with a warship and that wouldn't play, so that answers the question whether they can be destroyed.

Next question, do new anomalies keep appearing as the game goes on, or are they fixed in place at the time the galaxy is created, the same as stars and planets?

Next question, can more than one civilization discover and get the benefits from the same anomaly, or can they only be used once?

Anomalies cannot be destroyed, but they are consumed - when your ship studies it, the anomaly vanishes. Since it's not there any more, no one else can get a bonus from the same anomaly, although they repeat often enough that it seems that you get the same one over and over.

New anomalies spawn randomly, assuming you are playing DA 1.80 or later, or TA.
