Beta download won't show?

Hey tried refreshing the XML, and switching servers, restarting SDC. Still shows up as "purchase" button next to the expansion. (Yes obviously I have pre-ordered it! :) )

Am I looking in the wrong spot? I'd love to check out the new features and help in ironing out any of the bugs before the final release.

I think there's only one spot to look at. You might have to open a ticket with technical support at this point.

Have you registered your Serial in SDCentral? I had to do that in order to be able to download the beta.

Indeed, if it says Purchase rather than Install it means you haven't got TA (or DL or DA) properly registered.

How would one download and install TA without having things properly registered, though?

But that's the strange thing, I obviously have purchased it. I pre-ordered both TA and sins at the same time. The last 4 #'s on my order number are 0258, to any stardock employee's roaming here. I guess i'll shoot an email over to support.

As I said, it's most likely a registration issue then. If you used a different email address on the store (and occasionally even if you did), the TA serial won't be automatically registered. And you do need to have DL and DA already registered on the same account, if you don't already.

If you used a different email on the store, you'll need to request an email merge from support to get TA registered to the same account. If not, then you should be able to just register the serial manually in SDC.
