Hey all,

I just wanted to let you know that we're not going to be able to put up the beta today.  After being off for the last two weeks, we've all been busy playing catch up this week.  We should be able to put it up tomorrow, but I'll update this thread if we need to push it back to next week.

My experience is that it's been around 3:00pm to 4:00pm central time. It varies though... Sometimes they've come out as late as 8:00pm central. Those devs work awefully late hours.  ;p

I think they deliberately release Friday night just so they can see who has no social life. ;)

Thus prompting conversations like this:

Friend: Let's go see a movie tonight.

Me: Can't, new TA beta just came out.

Friend: What's TA? And . . . ummm . . . what's a beta?

So I started a two-player tiny game to check stuff out, and I set up the Thalan as the other race. Before I could even click on planetary tile to set up construction of anything, the Thalan built a Hyperion Matrix. They were that fast.

ive tried to try out the new invasion screens, but it crashes the game as soon as someone tries to invade me (and i suppose if i tried to invade), normally i can play this game on full whack in immense Galaxy, but i tried his on tiny, and re-tried with an auto-save with all my settings on minimum, and it STILL crashed  ;p

Ok I tried to update but my program says there is nothing to update to. The current version of Twilight of the Arnor that i have installed is 0.93[b].002 I can't seem to find how to get 'beta 4' that everyone is talking about and yes i have the beta option checked.very frustrating. Can anyone please point out my silly mistake so i can go away and get the new beta verison?

Ok found the problem. Seems the new patch isn't seeded on Server 2 and for some reason my Stardock Central was set to Server 2. Changing back to Server 1 fixed the issue.
