Torians and Terrans History Tech is the same description.

A minor issue, but one I've noticed is that the description for Torians (History of Perserverance) is the same as the description for Humans (History of Extremes).

Believe it or not, this still hadn't been fixed.  Thanks for pointing it out, I fixed it up today.

History of Perseverance (the flavor description in the tech tree) will still mention the "Sad history of the Torians" when used with a custom race.

Unsure if you folks will be able to change this...but its pretty minor I must admit...
