Should Iconians have the first of aquatic and toxic colonization?
In my recent game they dont start with them and can´t colonize this worlds
But The Iconians super ability is adapter.

Did you disable Super Abilities during galaxy setup?

The last game I started with the Iconians (the latest beta) had aquatic and toxic colonizations, so, yeah...did you disable super abilities?
