Dark Avatar not included in GalCiv Gold Ed

Hey everyone, i just bought this game the other day and absolutly love it but the only thing is i don't think i got the expansion Dark Avatar with it. Yes i do have the gold edition so it says it right on the box and everything and i even have the manual. But I only have one disk which is labeled Dread loads and there is nothing on the disk that says Dark Avatar so im wondering if there are two diffrent CD's one Dark Avatar and One Dread Lords or is the expansion and the first one all on one CD and if so how come I don't have any of the features of the expansion. I need help with this as if i have too i will go back to EB games where i bought it and try and get the expansion. Thanks

register yourself and your game cdkey on stardock central so you can download both games+updates.

To my knowledge GC2 Gold should contain two CDs labeled as the Gold edition. There's already been one reported instance where someone apparently bought GC2 Gold, then swapped in their DL disc and returned it, only to have the store (apparently oblivious to the scam) rewrap and resell it to someone else. So if you did indeed get a DL disc in a Gold box, you should return it to the store immediately.

Using the serial to register and download GC2 Gold isn't liable to help in this case, since it's probably already in use by the original owner, but it's worth a shot.

My retail Gold edition box came with 2 CDs.
