Not being able to send ships far...

For some reason, I can no longer send ships out really far without clicking them through it, turn after turn.

Its really weird... Its never done that before...

Anyone know what the problem is?

If you go to the support/bugs section of the forums on the top you will see a pinned post called 'fixes for pathfinding and metaverse error 12.'

In it the lovely Carielf has a link to a version that will fix the problem for you. Just read and follow the directions carefully.
