TA bug

During my current Terran game. Anytime I attack anything, the ships that were selected for the attack get kind of locked in their current location. Even if they have movement points left they will not move, nor am I able to select any other ships. it will also not let me end the turn. All else seems to work fine. All of the bottom bars, research, shipyard..etc, all work properly. The menu button and it's functions also continue to work fine. I have found that if I let it sit the ship will eventually move and I'll be able to select other ships and use them as normal. It can take up to 15 minutes before it unlocks like that. IF you need any other info or the saved game just let me know.
