BETA3B Spam constructor CTD

I was about 1/2 into the game pumping my resource starbases to max cause i was about to be in a war with like everyone (cause i hate building warships early) and so the Torians just got eliminated by the Yor and a new resource opens up. I had 6 constructors headed to one base that i changed direction to the new resource, and they all pile up at the resource. The weird part starts now. There was no starting weapon moduals it started with lvl 2 weap moduals, so i was like, meh weird but whatever and was able to click about 3 of them before the game CTD. end of story. game over.

Anyone else seen this problem?

Actually i think my problem is that my screen resolution is higher than the game is set for and it causes all sorts of CTD problems it seems.

Do you still have problems if you run at your desktop resolution (or in a window)?
