Reset MV character

Lately I've been getting the dreaded Error 12 messages again when trying to submit a game. I already re-registered in SDC, tried everything that worked before... no chance.

It only happens with the one character (Prostetnic Vogon Jeltz), the other two can submit just fine. Is there a chance for a mod to REALLY 'hard' reset / delete that one character?

There's no interface for doing that, no. It'd require one of the web devs to manually muck around in the database.
