Let's see... this is an abilities tech tree, so it should apply to each racial ability...

Super Diplomat:
- Bonuses increased with more research

Super Dominator:
- Better soldiers
- Increased millitary power

Super Organizer:
- Increased economy and production

Super Warrior:
- better soldiers
- more points towards logistics

Super Breeder:
- better food production
- some kind of special habitation complex that can be built on planets

Super Isolationist:
- taxes on enemy bases/planets/ships in your territory
- Taxes on trade routs that pass through your space.

Super Trader:
- placing multiple trade modules on your ships
- more trade routs available

Super Manipulator:
- increased influence
- improoved diplomacy

Super Hive:
- production bonuses
- increased logistics

Super Adaptor:
- planet quality bonuses
- can colonize otherwhise useless planets

Super Analihitor:
- the ability to build planet busters (like spore pods but they destroy planets rather than toxify them)
- Build suncrushers (like other missle weapons but destroy all planets in a solar system by turning the sun into a blue dwarf)

Super Spy:
- more spys produced for your money
- the ability to place agents on starbases and ships

Does that help a bit? I can come up with more...
some of these seem a little unbalanced, but these are just my first ideas...

Maybe you should just name your mod "Super Mod"...

I submitted the beta test to stardock like two weeks ago. It should be out soon.
Today I just finished the semi complete version (No bugs) and that would be out a little bit after or bfore TA comes out. It is not solely ability techs now. I added one new improvement in there for good measure. Now I am working on 1.2 so I will keep you updated at my new developers blog at http://hcdevblog.blogspot.com/
