Improve Minor Races

Seen as a few of the members here have talked about their wishes for the minor races to be given an AI boost (or anti-moron pills 
) i thought it would be a good idea to see how many of us would like for some sort of improvement to happen to the Minor races.
At present i would like this thread kept clear of what you would like to happen and just use it to put your name down (sort of like a pre-request poll) if you wuld like some sort of improvement to be made to the Minor races.
A simple post of 'Yes' will do thanks
