Auto Kill with fleet selected wont work... HELP PLEASE

I have my fleets all lined up and ready to kick ass but I want to focus my attention on one sector (fighting on 3 fronts), so I selected autokill for my 1st and 2nd front fleets and well it isn't working. I check back on the command screen for the fleet and it isn't selected.

I am playing DA with latest patches.

What am I doing wrong?

I'm having the same problem too. The only way I've gotten the fleets to work right in the new patch is to use ships that are all the exact same.
