Frighter Upgrade Crash

in my current game, I've just reaserched trade and are trying to upgrade the default frighter desigen, whenever I do, my game crashs.

I don't know how to get the debug for my games, ill try making my own frighter desigen and see if it's just the default desigen

Is this with the TA beta2a? If so I got the same thing and have sent in an SE report, debug and save about it. If it is the same thing, you can design your own fine just won't let you upgrade the core one. This is with the Yor, so I'm not sure if the other races do it or not.

I had the same problem with the default Terran Colony Ship, I sent all the info to Stardock two days ago. It happened with the 0.86[b].003 update.
