You have dared to enter the lair of the most ferocious predators in the galaxy!

It is the ulitmate destiny of the Kzinti to conquer the other civilizations of the galaxy, subjugate and enslave any who may prove useful to us, and devour the rest. The Fanged God has ordained that this is how it will be.

In just 26 octals of days (7 months or so...Kzinti count in base 8), the Kzinti Empire rose from obscurity, to #1 on the Metaverse. With the blessings of the Fanged God, we have remained dominant for 100s more octals of days since that auspicious day.  We leapt past the other empires, and our mighty domain now encompasses over 32 million more light years than the second most powerful empire.  The most recent Galactic Map data shows that we have subjugated over 45% of the galaxy.  Many warriors from the old and dying empires have joined us, to avoid being eaten along with the rest.  We hunger to establish indefinite supremacy over all the inferior sentient species...

We have also been #1 on the AltMeta for over 3 years running. The Empire grows more powerful with each passing day as new conquests are won, and more warriors join us in our inevitable rise to rule the galaxy!

The Kzinti are a species of bipedal space-faring feline predators, who love nothing more than conquest and battle. Created by sci-fi writer Larry Niven, the Kzinti have had many stories written about them, most notably in the Man-Kzin Wars series of books. They have also shown up in the Star Trek universe, and a number of other realities.

I liked the Dark Karli. Time to send the Kzinti Fleet after it.

My 2nd Edition Romulan ships w/player usable ship style will be uploaded to the library tomorrow. That will be the last of the revision sets. Time for the other races.

I was already working on the Kzinti fleet back when I had to edit the old ones so I only have 13 other ship classes to build and then the Kzinti fleet will be on the library. With some luck within a week complete.

Mag, either in this thread or the ZYW you said about using the Thalans in your ZYWs rather than my thought on the Arceans due to their -1 speed. I now understand why. /hat tip

Well, here I am, at 29. That and 50 games under my belt. There is 2 of my goals for this weekend. If I really pull out the stops I may see that #25 medal hanging from my belt this weekend.

I've been relentlessly conquering as well, and I've got 2 of my characters at #3 & #4, and my third back in the top 25. If not for Motti playing a load of ZYWs over the last couple days, I'd be #2 & #3. :d Never thought I would make it that high up...

true but my goal is to get in to the top ten and probably the highest the Confederation will go is third. But i can what see that’s my plan is to whit it out because you and kp are old and won’t be here forever, but i am young and i got plenty of years to go. so take you time things will happen naturally as all things do.

Bad plan, faulty assumptions, and incorrect conclusions. :LOL: Youngsters usually have short attention spans. Not trying to be insulting Freeman, but reasonably speaking, the chances of you being around here even a year from now are pretty slim. Hopefully you'll be exceptional for someone who is 14, and stick around, but I'm not betting my death rays on it.

As for me, I'm here for the duration, until the MV stops being supported or however this grand game eventually ends. :D Could be 2 years, 5 years, whatever. I'll still be here leading the Kzinti.

Freeman is 14 years old, so that definitely qualifies as a youngster.

It's going pretty slow though, because I upped the habitable planets to abundant, and my computer isnt liking it. Maybe by next weekend I'll be able to complete it.

I did say "generally" when referencing short attention spans, so I believe I was diplomatic about it. :) Neilo does have a point too, but this line of discussion is not all that useful to begin with in any case. I'm not in the business of predicting the future, so I'll just say good luck to the Confederation, and lets all enjoy the competition on the MV!
