Maybe some more Bugs

Hello Stardock,
Maybe you don't no these bugs (if they are bugs):

1.: When I load a game some of my Planets get some free slots. I don't know how that happens, but some of them just get between 4-8 additional slots. Some stay unchanged. My race are the Arcean

2.: Sometimes it happens that I can't assign a mine to a new planet. I clicked everywhere with it but nothing happened (no mining ship was close). Some turn later (no ship did anything with the mine) it suddenly worked after I tried it again. It doesn't happen with all mining stations.

3: I could research Nightmare Torpedoes but the component didn't show up (actually it wasn't listed in the tech description), but as much as I remember the human alliance had them, when I played with them.
Okay, forget this point, I too st*** to read a text exactly enough, sorry.

I'll try to send you the savegame plus the report via e-mail. (Can I zip or 7-zip the savegame?)

This is from the Weather Control Zenith, and has been fixed for the next update.

Okay, sorry. I think I'm too blind (or better stupid) to read you post (I though I read it careful).

Question: is it volitional that an enemy attacks an extreme strong battle fleet (Guns: 1k , Missile Defence: 300 to 500) with his much more weaker own battle fleets (Missile: 50 to 80, Shields or Missle Defence: around 20)?
