TA: Beta 2 - less special tiles?

There seems to be a lot less special tiles on the planets I am colonizing. Maybe I'm getting unlucky but I've had 3 so far with no special tiles at all. Anyone else noticing this?

Nothing in this code has been changes...I'd chalk it up to bad luck

Yep, I got a 700% Precursor Library, on my home planet, and a 800% Precursor Mine on another, I think the korath will win this game...
