I tried to find someone posting about this, but didnt' see where it had been reported. PLease forgive me if this has already been mentioned and I just missed it.

I noticed that, while playing as the Terrans, the AI races would attempt to trade one of their techs with me for my tech: Neutral Trade. I had choosen the neutral ethic route. The trade screen would show the tech they are trading to me on their side, but nothing on my side. It was as if they were affering to give me a tech for free. It was only the text under the portrait that indicated what the AI's intentions were. I could accept the trade, recieve their tech...and shortly after they would contact me again in hopes of trading yet another of their techs for my Neutral Trade.

So it appears that at least Neutral Trade is not being handled correctly in the trade screen and the AI is getting cheated. I am on version 0.83[b].00 of TA.
