Cannot install ToA

I preordered ToA today. I started installing.
But it just keeps downloading gc2_Twilight.sdc, until it reaches 100%.
Then it downloads it all over again. It keeps going like that on and on.
What is wrong with it?

Check the 'show prerelease versions' box, then try.
