Cashflow not showing and starbases hidden

In DL (not sure about DA, but I assume it's there) when you hover the mouse over your account balance a balloon window shows your cash flow (e.g. -30BC). That doesn't happen in TA (nothing shows).

Also, if you park some ships on the same tile as a starbase both they and the starbase are visible. However in TA the ships cover over the starbase, making it look as if it isn't there.

It seems to me that none of the tooltips are working. I went into the options and turned them off then back on to see if they would "jump start" but they don't work at all.

Also, if you click on the account balance or population area of the main screen the research screen displays. I would expect that if you click on the account balance that the domestic policy screen would display.

Clicking on the acct balance in DL does the same thing so I figured it must have been intended since it's been around for so long. I agree with you though, I would expect it to bring up the Domestic screen if it does anything.
