Mods won't work

I downloaded some mods and I'm supossed to put them in a folder that doen't exist so how
do I change the folder for the mods?

I think with DA you have to create the \Mods folder yourself.
A slight oversight my the devs, but it should go directly under the DarkAvatar folder.

Then you should be able to copy your mod into its correct location, and then set the Mods folder in the Options.

Also make sure you're running with the latest updates if you're playing the base game without DA. Mod support was not added until 1.2, so most mods are not designed to work with 1.0/1.1.
