Logistics Disappearing??

I was playing along last night in version 1.5x of DA, saved a game, and quit. When I reloaded later, my level 2 logistics suddenly wasn't enough to combine 3 5pt ships into a fleet. Those fleets I made before saving were intact, but I could no longer add ships to them, even if they had less than the max # of ships allowed by level 2 logistics. Needless to say, this crippled me pretty badly. Anyone else run across this?

Did you by any chance experience the plague/disease mega event? One of them reduces your abilities... often people have not paid much attention to it, only realizing the impact when they see their miniaturization or logistics gone. You can research a cure item to get them back.

I saw no plague, etc. but in one game using the latest beta, I upgraded my
logistics beyond basic, and I was unable to combine 2 ships into a fleet.
I saved and reloaded and then it worked.

I had another game under the latest beta where the game slowed down very quickly.
Saved the game. Rebooted. The save game and two autosave game crashed while loading.
I had to go back to an earlier saved game (lost about an hour of playing time) and that loaded. I was able then to finish that game.
