"Tools" button not working

Hi!
I just noticed I can't edit my old original thread-staring posts. When I click on the Tools button, nothing happens, but it used to show me the Edit menu where I could edit the OP. I tried on two different computers, 've relogined, to no avail.

Help please!

Also seem to of lost the little menu to PM or look at someones profile by clicking on their name. Noticed it a couple of days ago. Don't mean to try to hijack your thread, but felt the problem may be related.

Hm, all are working fine for me. Are you using a particular broswer or any javascript blocking, etc?

Well, if I click on someone's name nothing happens and I see an "Error on page" message come up in the lower left corner of the browser (IE7).

I noticed that problem just recently, but at home I haven't updated my WinXP or touched IE 6.0 settings for ages, and at office there are daily updates. But the behaviour of bothe IEs is the same.

After you mentioned javascript, I checked for errors and I really get it when clicking on Edit or your name on your post, like DethAdder said. The error says (translated):
"The object does not support this property or method."

I just checked from the son's computer with Firefox. There all works. Any clue where should I check for my IE? Or should I simply dump the IE and use Firefox?

Nope it's not you--just checked in IE myself and it does the same. I'll notify the web team. Though I wouldn't fault you for switching to FF
