How do I change a registered game SN?

Hi all.

I am returning to GalCiv2 after an extended absence. I bought Dark Lords online, and am patched up to v1.5 (I think). However, when I tried to update before playing this time, it said my Dread Lords SN was invalid.

I checked the original "thank you for buying" email, and Stardock is absolutely correct; somehow, the SN I am registered under for Dread Lords is indeed incorrect. However, I can't figure out how to change it.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Please contact [email protected]. You should receive an automated response shortly after you send the mail with your ticket number; if you don't, check your spam/bulk folders.

If you can't email support or get no response at all, you can submit a ticket directly through this page. Just click next, then fill out the form and submit it (no need to log in or register there).

You could try reentering it in SDC's tools menu->Register products window, but if it's not accepting it to begin with I wouldn't expect that to work. You could also try the Lookup Serials option and see if the regenerated number you get in email will work. Barring that though you'll need support to look into it.
