Buyable buildings

I noticed that you can only "Buy" your spacepoert and you have to build everything else, which takes time. Does a mod exist allowing you to buy all the buildings for people like me who have built a great economy and don't want to wait?

You can buy all buildings but you can only buy 1 at a time.
