Downloading 1.6 help

I've been trying to download 1.6 for a while now, and every time I try to download the patch off of Stardock Central, the program takes me to the "Purchase" section of this page. I don't want to PURCHASE Dark Avatar. I want to UPDATE it! So what do I do?

I had this same problem myself earlier today. What I did was to exit Stardock Central, reload it, it then brings up the little update window, and from there I selected to update the game and it then downloaded the patch for Dark Avatar correctly. Hope this helps!

Generally if that happens it means that you don't have DA and/or GC2 correctly registered on your account (though some of the servers were having problems this morning, not sure if SDC was affected). You can double-check your registrations in the Tools menu-Register products dialog of SDC.

I just re-downloaded it a couple of days ago and it worked.
