Forum Navigation Error - Next / Last Page Links not working

Any idea why the next / last page links won't work when I go through this forum? I want to scan through the 2007 shipyard thread (11 pages) yet, the next/last page links won't work. It not a local thing either, I can't get those links to work on any of the threads in this forum. Any ideas why? Not sure what I have on my system that would stop those links from working. No other links on the GalCivII site fail, just the next/last page links.

What browser are you using? The page-flip links work fine for me.
