Do Mining Starbase effects stack?

Hey folks, if I have two Econ mining starbases fully leveled up to +39 each, do I get double the bonus or does just one starbase of any particular type count?

I think I read in the manual that all star bases stack so presumably this would also be true for mining add ons.

They stack. From what I can tell, they stack with your ability picks - economy for economy, military for attack and defense and so on.

Yes, just look at your abilities in one of the tabs (the percentage bonusses for your abilities) they get bigger and bigger the more resource mines you own and expand.
