Expansion registration problems.

Hi,I was wondering if anyone had any advice on the problem i'm having.

I bought the Dark Avatar expansion from the online shop, recieved my serial number and tried to enter it through the updater. However it came up with a message saying something along the lines of - The email address doesn't match our records, try again.

I've checked the address i'm trying to register it to and it's the right one, but i've since noticed that when I purchaced the expansion it's picked up one of my other email aliases from somewhere and used this for the ordering process, could this be the cause of the problem? It's a bit strange if it is though, I would have thought the serial would have been locked into an account only after it had been registered?

Arrrgghhhh! Help, this is really frustrating.

Yeah, you can only register to the same email you used to buy it. Happily though you can simply contact [email protected] and request that they merge the two email addresses into one account.

I have the exact same problem!!!! I had submitted my problem to their ticketing system but have still not received a reply (apart from the automated one). Really pissed that I bought it online and cant activate it using the serial they sent me!!!

Update on my problem.
A nice guy from support replied and I tried activating again and it work! Great support.

Just want to add the entry to clear it up in case others browse the forum and decides that activation is too much of a hassle and proceed to pirate the game.
