What's the most you've ever had? I had 3 or 4 military resource mining starbases and the evil starship bonus on my Hyperion shipyard planet, and a huge hull with a bunch of Doom Rays had an attack of over 400. The "real" value as shown in the shipyard was 120 or so. And that was without trying to maximize the attack; it had quite a bit of defense and engine as well.
