Nano Recorders

Heres a quick question:

The 10% research bonus yu get for the nano recorders; is that for the planets its built on or for your entire civilization?

heres another, has anyone ever confirmed that using the Yor (max enemy speed = 3)and putting both of the -1 speed reduction modules on you military star bases actually makes all other races speed 1pc/week while in the influence of both the Yor's race and the military star base? Do those modules refer to "enemies" only or to all other races?

Thanks

The nano-recorder research bonus says that it's civ-wide, and that's been my experience though I haven't actually paid that much attention to it. What is the tech that unlocks them, anyway? I seem always to forget it.

I think the speed dampening will drive all ships besides your own down to a minimum of 1 move/week.

I think that, yes, the speed reduction modules will have an effect, but I'm not sure if it's guaranteed to work quite like that... the values may not stack. One possibility is that it'll take either the speed that the starbases give the ship (outside Yor space) or the speed of 3... whichever is lower. I THINK that's how it works, but I could be quite wrong.

Yea because the mudule will reduce speed of -1 and then -2 so that means an enemy ship wont move at all.

I gotta pay attention next time. its just SO RARE to have an enemy in my teritory... just kidding.

A ship will never go below 1 move, no matter how many speed reduction modules you cover it with.
