Hi all and welcome to the Help Desk of the Metaverse League.

If your reading about the League for the first time please have a look at the "The Metaverse League" thread to get up to speed with what the league is about.

How do you create a new character when you already have 3?


You cannot; 3 is the limit. All you can do is rename an existing one and clear the scores off it if you want to make a new one at this point.

If you want to go the really extreme route, you could buy another copy of the game and register it - that would give you three more characters!

I'm sure Stardock wouldn't mind the extra sale. However, renaming an existing character and wiping its scores is probably the more economical choice.

Hmmm i would think you would have to delete one of your existing ones. PM or start a thread for Kryo. He will set you right mate.

Hey, kryo can you delete all my characters except General hawkins please. I dont have an option to do it myself.

I just had a look at the my account and i think you could change some stuff

If you go to Meteverse, Edit My Characters, you can edit an individual character. You can change name and logo. If this resets score or not i don't know but would assume. Essentially a delete. Don't know if Kryo can do any of that but he will have the right advice anyway.

There's a clear scores button right below the edit button. Just edit as you like and clear the scores.

Unfortunately I can't outright delete characters either.

Can I edit my serial number?
I dont see an option for that. Stardock support told me to re-register in the metaverse with a serial number they provided me to fix a problem I've been having with metaverse game submittions. I dont know how to update my serial number on my characters..

Not sure about that--if you're working with support though, best ask them if you have any difficulty with whatever they advise.
